Lifetime Exchange Benefit

We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Exchange on all genuine TimeArgent timepieces, subject to the following terms:

• Your TimeArgent timepiece becomes eligible for exchange after 6 months from the date of purchase.

• 70% of the prevailing silver value of your timepiece will be adjusted against your new TimeArgent purchase.

• The new timepiece must be of the same value or higher than the original purchase price.

• The exchanged timepiece must be returned in complete condition, along with its original watch case, warranty card, invoice, and any accessories provided at the time of purchase.

• The timepiece will be inspected by our team to verify authenticity and assess its condition before the exchange value is confirmed.

• Any repair charges, replacement parts, or restoration costs, if applicable, will be deducted before the final exchange value is calculated.

• This benefit is applicable only to genuine TimeArgent timepieces purchased through our official website or authorised sales channels.

• The Lifetime Exchange Benefit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• TimeArgent reserves the right to revise the exchange policy without prior notice. However, purchases made before any policy revision will be honoured in accordance with the applicable terms at the time of purchase.

The Lifetime Exchange Benefit recognises the value of the 925 sterling silver used in your timepiece. It does not include the value of the watch movement, battery, leather strap, packaging, making charges, taxes, or any other non-silver components.
